It was in my writing class when I first faced the word “applesauce”. I quickly search the meaning of it and found out that it is a mixture of good and terrible words which is very rare in English Dictionary. Literally, the word applesauce is a puree prepared in apple and usually accompanied to a main meal. However, without suffering the literature side, applesauce is a nonsensical talk or writing. Yeah, nonsense; balderdash, twaddle, bunk, piffle, hogwash --- nonsense!
